We are a growing Plaintiff’s injury law firm looking for an experienced Operations Manager of Legal Support Team. Our legal support team has time deadlines that must be met and is key to the operations of our firm. The ideal candidate will exhibit a passion for the customer, a positive motivational style that inspires all employees to become customer focused and a strong background in reporting analytics. This role will provide the company with a better understanding of the customer as well as opportunities to improve overall customer service and support.

Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Legal Support Team:
- Requests and obtains documents from medical providers and insurance companies in an expedited manner.
- Send out written requests timely and accurately to correct entity
- Follow up timely to obtain documents and account information and accurately entered into client file
- Confirm balances timely and accurately entered into client files with correct coding
- Set up claims timely and accurately
- Manage the team to ensure adherence to the company vision and mission.
- Ensure the quality of the work of the team
- Create efficiencies within the team, coaching team members, using our tools to ensure quality of work and meeting deadlines.
- Responsible for team a and individual check ins with team members, reviews, hiring within the team, and all key performance indicators.
- We are looking for an experienced manager who can elevate the team and also work with all our department leaders on overall strategic planning and implementation.
Job Requirements:
- Experience managing a team of 20 people
- Successfully leading and motivating team members
- Identifying, creating and implementing process improvements.
- Successful at leading and motivating team members
- Experience using data to meet key performance indicators
- Have driven and met strategic objectives for company goals
- A self-starter who holds themselves accountable for results and performance.
- Must Possess Strong Writing and Verbal Communication Skills
- Collaborative and patient team member
- Technically inclined and enjoys learning new systems.
