- Reports to Accounts Payable Supervisor

- Prior accounts payable experience in mid-sized company
- Good communication skills

- Organized and efficient
- Software - JD Edwards, Excel, Work, and MS-Outlook
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Vendor invoice processing - match invoice to packing slips, purchase order and other receiving documentation
- Reviews Non-PO invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Process weekly check run as assigned
- Manage payable tasks in multiple service center environment
- Manage payable tasks during peak season - high volume
- Review vendor statements - identify and resolve matters
- Communicate with vendors and others within the company in different management levels
- File checks and archive in boxes as needed
