The IMA Group is seeking to hire a motivated accounting professional to join the team as an Accounts Receivable Clerk who will be responsible for accounts receivable and billing functions for the Clinical Research division of The IMA Group.
The rate for this role is between $22-24/hour.
Essential Job Responsibilities

Collections - email and telephone collection calls, occasional faxing

Review budget contracts - CTAs - and fee schedules

Run revenue and adjustments reports in CRIO and Clinical Conductor

Set up new clients using company software

Import revenue
-
Check revenue to ensure accuracy.

Invoice creation.

Create credit and debit memos.

General Ledger journal entries.

Do data entry and deposits for cash/checks in remote scanner.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education
-
Bachelor's degree, required.
Experience
-
2 years of experience in accounting/accounts receivable, required.

2 years of experience in accounting/accounts receivable in clinical research or occupational medicine, preferred.
Knowledge
-
Prior experience with CRIO or Clinical Conductor a plus

High proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer systems

Experience with accounting systems
Skills

Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
