We are seeking a full-time Scheduler to join our staff in South Williamsport. We need a team player who is excellent at multi-tasking, detail oriented and completes daily tasks on a timely basis. Hours are 8.00am-4.30pm. Starting salary of 15.50 an hour.
Specific duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to-
- Start up all new providers after their credentialing is complete; set up online training, set up in person training and set up monthly schedules after training is completed.
- Follow up with training provider and trainee to ensure that the training was successful.
- Assess daily provider shortages sent by the scheduling team leaders.
- Add or Remove providers based on scheduling needs in coordination with the Scheduling Operations Manager.
- Assist with provider travel.
- Assist with monthly calendars for all IMA locations.
- Monitors IMA employed providers, utilizing the provider monthly units report, to ensure they are scheduled according to contract.
- Monitors payroll and PTO for all IMA employed providers, overseeing the approval process for PTO requests.
- Keep track of all provider time off, both FFS and salary, generating a monthly spreadsheet that is sent out to the QA department.
- Update and maintain provider notes in WATS.
- Create a weekly summary report of all activity related to provider training.
- Provide daily communication with the credentialing or recruitment dept. regarding all provider needs.
- Monitor and approve daily activities of provider relations assistants.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION
Required- High School diploma
Preferred- Associate degree in Secretarial Science
EXPERIENCE
Required- Microsoft Office experience including Outlook, Word, Excel, telephone systems, scanner, facsimile, intra- and internet proficiency with two years
Preferred- Medical secretarial background
