Position Highlights:

We are looking to hire 2 Interns this fall that will spend time getting familiar with insurance new business processing and the intricacies of back-office functions of an internal marketing organization. You will work closely with the Operations Team and/or Sales department and learn to complete the daily tasks of a fast-paced operations department and gain knowledge of the financial services industry while doing so. Intern or part time employee hours will not exceed 25 hours a week. Pay is $18/hr.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities:

·        Running Morningstar reports, advisor support, and case design to ensure accuracy of data

·        Update advisor contracts to reflect current status.

·        Complete daily tasks as assigned.

·        Data Entry into the CRM system.

·        Assist with internal projects as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

·        Self-motivated with ability to work independently.

·        Strong attention to detail with ability to meet deadlines.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools required, skilled in the use of a personal computer and specialized software. 

·        Excellent written and oral communication skills, strong follow through and sense of urgency, strong relationship building skills and problem-solving skills

·        Handles multiple tasks easily and in an orderly fashion

·        Demonstrates ownership of their work & the overall process

·        Most importantly, positive attitude!
