Being successful at a company involves more than completing tasks properly and on schedule. You also need to be a good fit for the company culture. Put simply, company culture is the shared values and priorities of an organization, as well as how you will interact and relate.
If you're not a good fit for The Inclusion Way's workplace culture, you may find it hard to be successful, happy, and engaged with your work. And that's a problem we want to avoid for you—and for the company. And because of this our interview experience focuses on discovering if our company culture aligns with your desire and need.

Work-Life Balance
A pod leader’s work-life balance is involves adjusting time and mental capacity used on work and life outside of work. Ideally this important approach should allow employees to both complete all tasks and assignments required at work effectively while also having the energy to spend on personal interests, hobbies, family, and friends or simply relaxing.
A typical pod leader schedule is Monday-Friday 9:00 to 5:00. Because the mission of The Inclusion Way centers on providing community integration opportunities for its pod members, there are occasional activities scheduled on weeknights and Saturdays for pod participation. In these instances, the pod leader’s schedule will be adjusted accordingly or be given the opportunity to earn overtime pay.
Location & Commute
Most pod members are provided transportation services through the state to and from a specific program location set by The Inclusion Way. Pod leaders arrive ahead of pod members and stay until they are picked up at the end of daily programming. There are instances when pod leaders participate in picking up and returning pod members home.
