We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support services to our employees and management team. We believe that our people are our most valuable asset, and as an HR Generalist, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive work environment where every employee can thrive.This role requires a deep understanding of HR principles, a strong commitment to confidentiality, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities: 

  • HR Policies and Compliance:
    • Stay current on employment laws and regulations.
    • Help develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  • HR Administration:
    • Manage HRIS systems, data entry, and reporting.
    • Handle HR-related inquiries from employees and management.
    • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Benefits and Compensation:
    • Administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Assist with compensation analysis and market research to ensure competitive pay practices.
  • Employee Relations:
    • Provide support in resolving employee conflicts and issues.
    • Assist with performance management processes, including documentation and coaching.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
    • Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements include

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certification is a plus)
  • 3 years of experience in an HR role
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges

Salary Range: 100,000-120,000  USD Annually Bonus Benefits

The salary range posted is based on the company's good faith belief at the time of the posting. Actual compensation may vary above or below this range based on factors such as location, work experience, and skill level.
