About the Company:
The Inn at Schofield is a small 192 room hotel located on Schofield Barracks Army Base in Wahiawa. The Inn was established to provide temporary lodging for soldiers and their families during their PCS in or out.

- Current Driver's License and a working vehicle (Highly Preferred)
- Bus service is limited onto Schofield Base and requires an approved base pass.
- All guests without current base access must check-in at Lyman Gate for vehicle inspection and an approved day pass.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Supervisor: Administrative Director
Summary:
Under the general direction of the administrative director, the administrative assistant will provide support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicates with the administrative director on daily operations.
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Work on data entry tasks.
- Assists in the preparation of regularly scheduled documents.
- Maintains computer and manual filing systems.
- Assists in ordering department supplies as requested.
- Produces purchase orders for items and presents to management for approval.
- Ensures files and records are maintained.
- Works cooperatively with team members in a productive way.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Degree or equivalent.
- High level of administrative and clerical experience.
- Knowledge and ability to use different types of office equipment and computer software to meet the performance requirements of the job.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook), and computer skills.
