Full Time Nanny

The Managing Partner of the Institute for Higher Learning in Ann Arbor, Michigan, is seeking a full-time Manny to join her team. Family moved from New York City a few years ago and loves to explore a diverse range of exciting activities.

The Manny will be responsible for the daily care, education and developmental stimulation of her 10-year-old son. In addition to being a team player able to work alongside other household staff, the ideal candidate must possess the following:

• Previous nanny experience
• Current or former teaching experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher required; recent college graduates are strongly encouraged to apply
• Fun, warm, loving, engaging, active and energetic
• Dependable, flexible and proactive are a must
• Non-smoker, clean background check and clean driving record.

The Nanny’s schedule during the school year will be four weekdays from 2:30pm-9/9:30pm as well as both weekend days from 8am-9pm. There will be extra coverage days that will be necessary, such as sick days, no school days, half days of school, school vacations, holidays, and travel days. Meanwhile, the schedule during the summer will be five days a week from 8am-9pm, with a mix of weekdays and weekend days.

While hourly is being offered, if weekly/yearly salary is preferred, that will not be an issue.
