Job Summary
The Intelligence Data Management Analyst plays a pivotal role in managing Air Force (AF) intelligence and ISR (Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) data at the enterprise level. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to formulate and articulate AF-level strategies for effective data management, coordinate ISR Data Working Group activities, and contribute to the development of enterprise team membership structures and communication plans. Your expertise will be crucial in implementing data management best practices and tools from industry, DoD, and the Intelligence Community (IC) to enhance AF ISR capabilities and streamline operational processes. Additionally, you will provide subject matter expertise and recommendations on intelligence/ISR data matters in various technical forums, fostering collaboration with key stakeholders including unified Combatant Commands (CCMDs), USAF Major Commands (MAJCOMs), Government labs, academia, and industry partners.
Essential Functions
- Collaborate with team members to articulate Air Force (AF)-level strategies for managing intelligence/ISR data across the enterprise.
- Coordinate and assist in preparing documentation, tasks, and initiatives for the USAF/ACC ISR Data Working Group.
- Establish membership structures and communication plans for enterprise teams and ISR Data Working Group community of interest.
- Contribute to the development and enforcement of ISR Data Working Group Business Rules, ensuring effective utilization of resources during meetings.
- Support the transition of matured tasks and validated technologies into AF enterprises/platforms through staffing actions and meetings with Program Management Offices or System Program Offices.
- Offer subject matter expertise and recommend best practices on intelligence/ISR data matters in various technical forums, collaborating with unified Combatant Commands (CCMDs), USAF Major Commands (MAJCOMs), Government labs, academia, and industry partners.
- Apply knowledge of industry, Department of Defense (DoD), and Intelligence Community (IC) data management principles to enhance the organization, training, and operational effectiveness of AF ISR forces.
- Implement emerging data management methodologies and tools to enhance AF ISR capabilities and streamline operational processes.
- Support the development of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and advanced analytics tools for AF, Joint, and DoD applications.
Knowledge Skills And Experience
- Security clearance: Top Secret (SCI eligibility required
- Demonstrated experience in advising and consulting on National, Joint/DoD, and AF collection programs, particularly in OSINT/PAI, GEOINT, MASINT, cyber, SIGINT, and HUMINT disciplines.
- Experience in supporting intelligence and/or data management working groups/forums and managing multiple staff activities.
- Proficiency in data integration, preparation, and reshaping, with strong "data wrangling" skills.
- Familiarity with the Atlassian suite of process and organizational management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to produce professional reports, deliver briefings, and participate effectively in meetings, working groups, and conferences.
