Medical Coding/Billing Specialist
Job Posting for Medical Coding/Billing Specialist at The Intensivist Company
We are seeking to add a Medical Coder and Registration/Charge entry Clerk to our team! You will be responsible for abstracting ICD10 and EM levels from provider progress notes or accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping.
Responsibilities:
- Access multiple programs current technology
- Prepare and sort documents.
- Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes.
- Review and enter data entry in the systems.
- Abstract and assign ICD10 and EM levels from charts.
- Provider feedback to providers on documentation discrepancies and/or improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in data entry or other related fields
- Excellent computer skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
