Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to oversee our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, food production, and food service management. Duties: - Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Train, supervise, and motivate staff members - Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets - Monitor food production processes to ensure quality standards are met - Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly - Implement and maintain proper food safety standards - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing and inventory management Qualifications: - Previous experience in bartending, food service, or hospitality management - Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures - Proficiency in cooking techniques and food preparation - Familiarity with banquet operations is a plus - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions This position offers competitive pay, opportunities for career advancement, and a supportive work environment.
