Position Summary :

Primarily responsible to serve as main gatehouse attendant to ensure all authorized guests are allowed to enter the Resort overnight accommodations & surrounding areas and direct them accordingly.

Job Duties :

  • Welcome all those arriving at gatehouse with the courtesy and respect to ensure a pleasant experience.
  • Screen all those arriving at the gatehouse to determine whether to allow access to the Resort areas.
  • Ability to make and hand out vehicle dash passes to registered guests.
  • Give appropriate direction to the visitors.
  • Complete visitor entry documentation as required.
  • Performs other related duties as directed.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor and customer presence as they are at times the first point of contact at the Resort.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations :

  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • 1 year of similar work experience desired but not mandatory.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to stand and greet guests when they arrive to the gatehouse.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English.

Compensation :

Base Pay Start Rate : $19.00
