Job Title: Proactive Services Coordinator

Responsibilities: 

  • Tech Success Program Planning and Execution: 
  • Support the Program Manager in defining program objectives and goals
  • Coordinate quarterly business plans, and Alignment timelines ensuring the program always has forward momentum and aligns with client requirements and company goals.
  • Coordinate and facilitate program planning sessions with proactive services teams and other technical resources.
  • Manage Proactive Services documentation, including updates, change requests, and meeting minutes.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure deliverables meet established standards.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Provide regular updates and reports to clients on requests, alignments, and questions.
  • Foster positive working relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams to promote collaboration and Tech
  • Coordinate resource allocation and task assignments, ensuring team members are clear on their responsibilities.
  • Facilitate effective communication between program stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed of Quarterly Review updates, statuses, and changes.
  • Risk Management and Issue Resolution:
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, escalating issues as needed to ensure timely
  • Monitor program progress, milestones, and deliverables, proactively addressing any deviations from the plan.
  • Identify and solve Program-related issues, working closely with other technical teams to find solutions.
  • Process Improvement and Best Practices:
  • Stay current with industry best practices, tools, and technologies to continuously improve program
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Education: Associates or Bachelor's in a related field (Project Management, Business Administration, Organizational Management). 
  • Experience: Proven Experience in project or program coordination, preferable in the IT industry (looking for 3-5 years). 
  • Strong Organizational Skills: The ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. 
  • Problem Solving Skills: Exhibit excellent problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to adapt to new challenges swiftly. 
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner to clients. 
  • Customer Focus: Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to work effectively with diverse clients. Your commitment to their success is paramount. 
  • Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of managed services and IT solutions. 

Key KPI's

  • # of QBR's: 2 a week
  • # alignments: 2 a week
  • NPS 75% every quarter
  • vCIO Board management (Same day response)
  • Account true up (10-15 Customers per month)

You should be comfortable with the following work conditions and other considerations: 

  • Candidate should have reliable transportation. 
  • Candidate should be willing to work nights and weekends if required. 
  • Candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
