General Tasks include:
- Complete general store administration duties
- Ensure company compliance
- Suggest innovative thoughts to increase sales production
- Conduct personnel performance reviews, for training purposes
- Quickly rectify issues deriving from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc)
- Ensure store remains aesthetically pleasing to shoppers
- Capitalize on store traffic to optimize profitability
- Reach sales objectives- Provide training, motivation and constructive feedback to Team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $1,550.00 - $1,700.00 per week
