What are the responsibilities and job description for the Garde Manger position at The Jefferson Hotel Richmond?
This is a Full Time position and candidate MUST be able to work any day of the week (including weekends holidays) and varying hours from early morning to late evenings. Shift times are based around events scheduled in the hotel.
Garde Manger cook must have 1-2 years experience of high volume pantry production, a knowledge and proficiency of all cold food menu items, including but not limited to: salads, sandwiches, hors d'oeuvres, sauces, & dressings, & be able to present an artful assembly of various platters such as fruits, cheese, crudités, etc.
