$50,000 - $60,000

• Develop and create visual storytelling across multiple platforms, with the ability to shoot and edit photos and videos
• Must be technical sound in all aspects of filming and video editing.
• Plan, manage, prioritize, and schedule projects with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
• Work with the listing and staging teams to photograph homes, ensuring properties look their best and sell fast
• Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop new materials and support social media and branding campaigns.

• Experience working with related equipment (cameras, lenses, lighting, and video equipment) and editing programs (Photoshop Lightroom, After Effects Premiere and Final Cut Pro, etc. )
• Must exhibit a strong visual style with a solid foundation in videography, video editing, and photography principles, from the initial shoot through final editing. Please include a link to examples of your work.
• Candidates must possess an eye for visual composition and attention to detail.
• Can manage multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and meet all deadlines
• Enjoys working with all types of people and is able to take constructive feedback and make adjustments
• Prefer real estate-related experience but will train.
