Technical Staffing Solutions is now hiring for a Caseworker position in London, KY!
Essential Job Functions:
- Perform in home eligibility assessments.
- Monitor clients with face-to-face contact made in the home.
- Calling clients used alternately with in-home visits.
- Negotiate and prepare care plans.
- Determine cost sharing for clients.
- Bill clients for services fees as applicable.
- Initiate any corrective action that may be necessary.
- Using compliant form, help resolve client complaint with appropriate staff.
- Participate in case conference as needed with service providers.
- Maintain waiting list as applicable.
- Utilize SAMS data system to document client information and service units.
- Use of computer, telephone, vehicle, filing cabinets, visual acuity to read and prepare reports.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Physical Demands: Must be able to lift objects up to 20 lbs.
Availability: Must be able to attend meeting during evenings and weekends.
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Human Services & 1 year of experience in case management/aging services or a related field. Volunteer work in this field will also be acceptable regarding the 1 year of experience.
