As a licensed customer service representative you will build and develop relationships with the agency’s current and future clients while helping the agency improve various customer experience metric points.  You will receive in-depth training and guidance from sales, service and insurance professionals. 
 


Position offers a competitive base salary and bonus with total earning potential of $50k+

Responsibilities

• Provides customer services to agency policyholders
• Assist customers with policy changes, problem solving, policy issues, complaints, etc.
• Provides counsel to policyholders for coverage and protection selection
• Leads agency Annual Review initiatives
• Process policy endorsements; following standard operating procedures
• Identifies and offers cross sell P&C products at every opportunity
• Provides existing quotes for policyholders and binds coverage on behalf of sales reps
• Ensures customer contact information is accurate
• Aids in preparing annual review and life appointments
• Manages the agency's pre and post renewal campaigns
• Manages the agency's cancellation list to improve agency retention

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills
• Previous agency sales/service experience a plus
• Ability to handle multiple task with vary time constraints
• General working knowledge of company's services, products marketing techniques, insurance contracts

Insurance industry or agency experience and knowledge is not required but would be a greater benefit relating to customers in the beginning for this position.
