$50,000 - $100,000 commission

• Seek new and unique sales opportunities
• Organize and administer training for the sales team
• Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly
• Plan and implement training programs. Hold regular skills training sessions for agents
• Motivate, teach and train agents, as well as hire and nurture new talent

• Lead by example with production, support, and system updates

• Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs
• Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
• Set targets, performance plans, and rigorous, objective standards
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal
• Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease

• Must have a valid Drivers License
• Must have a Current, Active Florida Real Estate License

Josh has been licensed in Real Estate since 2005 and has been coaching and mentoring new and seasoned agents since 2012 running the Josh Hanoud Team. His main passion is teaching agents how to become successful quickly and most of all, being a Real Estate Agent "The Right Way". He has been on several boards throughout his career and was a writer for multiple blogs.

The Josh Hanoud Team now covers 1/3 of the state of Florida, but Josh's networking and coaching expand through several states and countries.
