Our client is currently seeking a Analytics & Reporting Specialist for a 36 months contract in Binghamton, NY - Hybrid mode
This job will have the following responsibilities:
This job will have the following responsibilities:
- Creates Annual Work Plans & maintains master trackers
- Creates work plan from Budget funding received. Calculates how much work can be done (both O&M and Capital work)
- Adjusts as needed when budget/funding is reduced or increased
- Reviews data for accuracy
- Weekly reviews/maintains budget limits
- Holds divisions Analysts/PMs accountable for division progress and administration
- Tracks division and OpCo ?Burn Rate?- Work completed vs. Budget allocated
- Makes real time changes to work plan (bringing in/taking out work)
- Ensures Avangrid SAP processes are followed
- Holds Analyst/PM accountable for goals and progress
- SME of SAP and methodology to keep data clean and budget well managed
- Overall Program Knowledge to assist in issue resolution
- Runs monthly reports for analysts to clean up information pertaining to:
- CWIP
- Outstanding/open SAP tasks
- TECO
- Missing SEF information
- Open Commitments
- Works in a team environment.
- Proficient in use of MS Office products including Excel, Word
- Proficient in SAP
- Ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences both in writing and verbally. Ability to interact effectively to other groups within the Company organization.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
