Our client is currently seeking a IT Professional
Location : Walpole, MA
Schedule : Full-time, 5 days a week (Monday to Friday), 8 hours per day - MUST be local
Ongoing contract on W2.
Responsibilities :
- Provide daily onsite IT support at the Walpole facility.
- Assist with PC (Laptop and Desktop) troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Handle basic network troubleshooting.
- Support specific manufacturing facility IT devices, including servers, phones, printers, and handheld scanners.
- Conduct spot checks and rounds throughout the large facility for device troubleshooting.
- Interact with users of varying IT skill levels, delivering superior customer service.
Specific Tasks :
- Resolve Level 1 / 2 IT issues through shared and remote support (follow-the-sun model).
- Investigate recurring IT problems and provide complex solutions.
- Address on-premise IT issues promptly.
- Stay informed about the latest IT service offerings, migration projects, and technical resolutions.
- Escalate unresolved issues or major incidents to the Site Management EUE team.
- Translate technical IT resolutions into user-friendly language.
- Demonstrate deep technical problem-solving skills across various IT domains.
- Possess mid-level expertise in End User Computing, Datacenter Technologies, and Networking.
- Collaborate effectively in global, multi-cultural teams.
- Exercise professional judgment and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Minimum qualifications : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT Deskside Support and / or IT Systems Analyst roles.
Technical Skills :
- Proficiency with Windows 10 / 11 clients and Office 365 in an Enterprise environment.
- Network diagnostics and troubleshooting, including VLAN knowledge.
- Troubleshooting and configuring mobile devices (Android and iOS).
- Familiarity with manufacturing facility devices (., label printers, handheld Wi-Fi devices, instruments).
- Experience with Intune and Azure AD.
- Identity management, including multifactor authentication setup.
- PC migration, application installation, and data transfer.
- ServiceNow incident and request management.
