We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Vice President to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in leading our company's strategic initiatives, driving growth, and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's operations, project management, strategic planning, and business development.
- Lead and direct teams in achieving weekly/monthly goals for each department.
- Develop and implement strategies and processes to enhance efficiency, and productivity.
- Supervise and mentor staff, providing guidance and support for professional development.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to optimize performance across all departments and sites.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills:
- Proven experience in behavioral health programs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Excellent supervisory abilities to oversee multiple departments effectively.
- Proficient in analyzing financial data and making strategic decisions based on insights.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadline
- Must have a minimum of five years experience in community mental health.
- Must have an intermediate to expert knowledge of DBHDS, state, and federal guidelines when it comes to behavioral health.
