Role Summary:
Reporting to the People Experience & Communication Manager, the HR Administrator & Receptionist is a key member of the Human Resources team.  The person in this role will work to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the organization.
 
Exciting work you will do:
 
The essential duties and responsibilities of the HR Administrator & Receptionist position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, directing people at the office, and handling general inquiries
  • Professionally administer incoming calls ensuring phone calls are handled accordingly
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, filing, sorting incoming mail, sending out mailings, scanning, and faxing
  • Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the Human Resource department.
  • Support the coordination of corporate meetings and events
  • Support Executive Leadership with requests
  • Manage email correspondence and maintain corporate office calendar
  • Support ad-hoc clerical tasks as needed
  • Prepare conference rooms and training rooms for meetings
  • Assist with securing catering and other needs for events and meetings
  • Facilitate corporate travel plans, as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will need:

  • Work Experience: Entry Level
  • Education: High school or equivalent
  • Analytics/Computer Skills: 2 years’ experience working with MS Office
  • Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
  • Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
  • Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications we prefer but don not require:

  • Work Experience: 2 years’ experience in administrative support within a complex business with multiple divisions.
