Role Summary:
Reporting to the People Experience & Communication Manager, the HR Administrator & Receptionist is a key member of the Human Resources team. The person in this role will work to perform a variety of clerical and administrative tasks to support the organization.
Exciting work you will do:
The essential duties and responsibilities of the HR Administrator & Receptionist position will consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Receptionist duties such as greeting visitors, directing people at the office, and handling general inquiries
- Professionally administer incoming calls ensuring phone calls are handled accordingly
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, filing, sorting incoming mail, sending out mailings, scanning, and faxing
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the Human Resource department.
- Support the coordination of corporate meetings and events
- Support Executive Leadership with requests
- Manage email correspondence and maintain corporate office calendar
- Support ad-hoc clerical tasks as needed
- Prepare conference rooms and training rooms for meetings
- Assist with securing catering and other needs for events and meetings
- Facilitate corporate travel plans, as needed
- Other duties as assigned

What you will need:
- Work Experience: Entry Level
- Education: High school or equivalent
- Analytics/Computer Skills: 2 years’ experience working with MS Office
- Organization Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented; ability to multi-task and shift priorities as needed; ability to work in fast-paced, continuously evolving environment
- Cross-functional skills: Ability to work well cross-functionally; provides excellent internal and external customer service
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization; strong interpersonal and customer service skills; high degree of discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

Qualifications we prefer but don not require:
- Work Experience: 2 years’ experience in administrative support within a complex business with multiple divisions.
