The Kid Spot Center is looking to hire a part time marketing coordinator. The Marketing Coordinator at Kid Spot Center plays a pivotal role in maintaining the clinic's online presence and brand image. Responsibilities include regularly updating and optimizing the website, curating branding across digital platforms, and creating engaging content for social media. They plan and execute social media campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and provide insights for optimization. Additionally, they oversee the creation of marketing materials and collaborate with the Patient Advocate on community involvement initiatives, including referral marketing and local event attendance. Through these efforts, the Marketing Coordinator contributes to enhancing brand visibility, engagement, and community outreach for Kid Spot Center.
Responsibilities
Website Maintenance:
Regularly update and maintain the Kid Spot Center website to ensure it reflects current programs, services, and promotions.
Optimize website performance, including loading speed, user experience, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and functionalities as needed.
Branding Image Curation:
Curate and maintain the Kid Spot Center's branding image across all digital platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our core values.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance brand visibility and recognition among the target audience.
Monitor online feedback and reviews to maintain a positive brand reputation.
Content Creation:
Create compelling and engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, that aligns with our brand identity and resonates with our audience.
Generate original content such as posts, videos, graphics, and stories to drive user engagement and interaction.
Stay up-to-date with current trends and best practices in social media content creation and adjust strategies accordingly.
Social Media Campaigns:
Plan, execute, and monitor social media campaigns to promote Kid Spot Center programs, events, and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign objectives are aligned with overall marketing goals.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
Marketing Materials
Complete graphic projects which may include editing flyer templates, rack cards, business cards or other paper promotional materials.
Maintain marketing supply inventory
Community Involvement
Collaborate with the Patient Advocate to plan and organize referral marketing initiatives in the clinic's local and surrounding counties.
Ensure the Patient Advocate visits local referral partners at least twice per year (or as needed) to strengthen relationships.
Conduct monthly check-ins with clinic managers to gather updates on marketing contacts, local community events, and referral needs.
Assist clinic managers in planning and coordinating attendance at local community events, aiming for at least two events quarterly.
Attend and set up at community events as required to represent the clinic and promote its services.
Continuously evaluate sponsorships, partnerships, and advertising opportunities to maximize marketing efforts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and social media management.
Strong understanding of website management, SEO principles, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different platforms and audiences.
Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and visual aesthetics.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
