Assistant Account Manager

We are looking for an energetic and proactive Assistant Account Manager to support our team in managing client advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of digital and social media advertising campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, and OTT , Cable and other media platforms.
• Work closely with Senior Account Executives to ensure campaigns meet client objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Build and manage client reporting decks on Google's Looker Studio Platform.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of campaigns, providing detailed reports and actionable insights.
• Coordinate with creative and technical teams to ensure content is optimized for each platform, adhering to best practices and platform specifications.
• Maintain and grow client relationships through exceptional service and regular communication, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Support Account Executives and Senior Staff in administrative duties and project management, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a digital advertising agency.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms, including TikTok, Meta, YouTube, and OTT.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable campaign improvements.
• Proficiency in Meta, Microsoft Office/Google Sheets, Looker Studio and management software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
