Campaign Operations Specialist

ABOUT THE ROLE AND OUR TEAM:

The Campaign Operations Specialist is a key role, responsible for executing B2B marketing campaigns to our paid customers and prospects. This role will partner with Product/Customer Marketing, Demand Generation, Education, Events, Insights, Global Media Solutions, and Paid Media stakeholders to translate their marketing strategies into successful campaigns to drive revenue channels. This role is a member of the Marketing Operations Team, within the Local Revenue Operations Function. The Local Revenue Operations team is a key function within The Knot Worldwide, focusing on data, process, and systems to drive excellence across our sales, service, and marketing teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in the execution of email campaigns to support TKWW's overall email marketing strategy and key marketing initiatives
• Work cross functionally with marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of overall strategy
• Assist with data quality initiatives for prospect and customer segmentation
• Help build and maintain lists for emails and marketing campaigns
• Manage email notifications to paid vendors to support operational renewal processes and price increase strategy
• Assist with updating marketing landing pages on website to collect prospect information
• Creating and updating Salesforce campaigns for marketing initiatives
• Document and iterate on email and systems processes to optimize efficiency
• Create and maintain reporting to measure campaign performance
• Maintain B2B email marketing calendar and schedule
• Own A/B testing strategy and execution for the email channel
• Field and delegate requests for the Marketing Operations team in Jira
• Peer-review marketing assets to maintain quality assurance
• Help identify areas for operational improvement

SUCCESSFUL CAMPAIGN OPERATIONS SPECIALIST CANDIDATES HAVE:

• BA/BS degree or relevant experience
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in operations or marketing
• Experience or knowledge of email marketing best practices
• Experience with building marketing assets based on copy and design mockup files
• Basic experience with Salesforce & Salesforce reporting
• An analytical and operational mindset, with a passion for problem solving
• Keen interest in leveraging technology to increase efficiencies and improve internal processes
• A strong ability to meet deadlines and organize competing priorities
• Strong interpersonal, partnership, and project management skills
• Experience with Pardot or a similar marketing automation a plus
• Experience with Engagement Studio and Marketing Cloud a plus
• HTML or CSS knowledge not required but a plus
