SUMMARY : The Flag Runner will represent the New England Patriots brand and facilitate on-field, in-game entertainment activations while creating an enjoyable experience for all those in attendance.

They will engage with fans and promote the Patriots message and initiatives in a unique and exciting way. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Run the Patriots flags out of the tunnel ahead of the team during introductions
• Run the Patriots flags to the center of the field after every touchdown
• Help facilitate on field pre-game ceremonies
• Assist with pre-game preparation
• Special projects and assignments as business dictates

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, PR or related field preferred
• Ability to interact with all fans, including children and parents, in a courteous and professional manner during games
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
• Ability to think quickly and problem solve in the moment
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit and use hands to handle or feel.
• The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.
• The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.
• The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
