• Understand all safe work practices in the facility including LOTO
• Troubleshoot all production equipment
• Ability to lead in new equipment installations and relocations
• Perform mechanical, electrical, electronic and robotics within the facility
• Review all PMs for machines for adequacy and work with Maintenance Manager on improving the reliability of all machine centers
• Ability to perform PMs on machine centers
• Maintain parts and tools inventory
• Ability to understand electrical code and help identify any code violations and correct
• Ability to respond to off hour calls to the facility
• Promptly be on time to work, complete shift work schedules
• Ability to evaluate and validate work orders and requests
• Ability to lead and train other maintenance staff
• Attend daily shift meetings
• Complete end of shift paperwork / communicate to incoming shift of issues

• Industrial Manufacturing Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic with 5-10 years experience. Master Electrician preferred but not required
• 5 years of PLC, robotic experience
• Strong knowledge of safe work practices in a manufacturing environment
• Clear understanding of LOTO
• Demonstrated skills in creativity, reading, interpreting and working with electrical schematics, plans, drawings and specifications.
• Willingness to accept additional duties as department requires
• Outstanding performance level in safety, work ethic and professionalism

• Must be a US Citizen, or legal alien
• Must be 18 years of age
• Must complete a 90-day probationary period
• Must have high school diploma, GED, required schooling and qualifying experience and skills
• Must read, write and communicate in English as it relates to this position and to safety regulations
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements as well as the physical base profile for this position
• Must be able to use equipment and tools used in the job
• Must be able to perform all job functions safely
• Must meet the company quality and performance standards for the job as specified in Contact and Safety requirements
• Must agree to wear all proper PPE for this job

• Ability to perform job duties required including prolonged periods of standing, bending or stooping
• Ability to lift, push, pull 40lbs unassisted
