Scale House Operator

We are currently looking for a scale house operator to take over our 12 pm to 5 pm Monday through Friday shifts and every other Saturday morning for about 4 to 5 hours. This position can become a full time position if the right candidate for this position desires.

Job Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Scaling in/out trucks
  • Keeping the office clean
  • Filing paperwork
  • Opening/closing the scale house and yard
  • Updating load testing spreadsheets
  • Handing out paperwork to drivers
  • Uploading documents to company software and google drive
  • Customer service
  • Trouble shooting
  • Detail oriented person and self motivating

Required:

  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and strict attention to detail
  • Computer Literate(Google and Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
