Maintenance Worker

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Person to join our team. As a Maintenance Person, you will be responsible for supervising and maintaining the facilities, ensuring they are in optimal condition. Your expertise in electrical and mechanical knowledge will be essential in performing repairs and troubleshooting issues. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent customer service abilities, and proficiency in using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System). Duties: - Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks - Perform routine inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs - Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using CMMS - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or tenants - Collaborate with contractors and vendors for specialized repairs or projects - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment - Provide exceptional customer service to address maintenance concerns or inquiries Experience: - Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role - Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical components, and general building maintenance - Proficiency in using CMMS for tracking maintenance activities - Excellent leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team - Solid understanding of logic controllers and their applications - Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
