We are looking to hire an experienced Retail Cashier/Sales Associate to joint our growing team. You will work in an entrepreneurial environment, and with a strong support from corporate and sister companies. We develop you not only knowledge of Lash products but also beauty industry, sale and customer service skill in beauty retail and salon. We care of people because “We Grow as People Grow”. The successful candidate for this position must have experience in sale beauty products listed below:

Responsibilities:

Sale and customer service:

· Communication to customers: Help and consult customers buy the right products,

· Introduction store promotion programs, loyalty program, new products… to increase sale

· Using POS (point of sale) system to collect sale payment and print out receipt correctly

· Help customers in online ordering if needed (with low inventory products)

· Friendly solve problems, shoplifters, return, refund and exchange base on store/company policies

Inventory:

· Periodically quantity counting and make new request to fill up inventory to ensure enough quantiy on display

· Inspection, counting and input into system new receiving inventory from warehouse or suppliers

· Coordinate with warehouse and related parties to ensure stock availability and information accuracy

Store and display:

· Keep store neat and clean (in and out)

· Report any issues in store

· Recommend solution to make sale better and efficiently sale task

· Administrative tasks if required

Report to: Store manager or store owner

Qualifications:

· Education: High school or equivalent (Preferred)

· Customer Service: 1 year (Required)

· Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred)

· Computer skills: POS, IPAD, Email.

· Bilingual (English Vietnamese or Spanish) is a plus

· Beauty product sale: Good looking appearance is a plus

Training

· Lash technique and product specification training

· Sale skill training

· POS training

· Retail Risk and safety training

· Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

· Monday to Sunday: 7 days/week
