Position:  INTAKE REPRESENTATIVE 
Compensation:  $14.50 - $17.00/hour
Hours: Full-time position.  32 hours per week.  Must be available to work during regular business hours Monday – Friday from 8:30am – 5:30pm.  Occasional weekend and evening hours may be required.
 
Job Requirements:  
  • All candidates are required to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening 
  • A Minimum of 2 - 3 years customer service experience; and Excellent customer service skills
  • Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to pick-up systems and routines quickly; and make timely/accurate decisions in high stakes situations
  • Ability to be open and implement constructive feedback
  • Positive /Welcoming Attitude

Optional Skills:  Bilingual candidate who speaks efficient Spanish and English (Is a Plus) 
 
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 
  • Answer Incoming Calls / Return Calls
  • Screen Potential Clients 
  • Record Details/ Take Case Notes  
  • Work between Several Technology Systems 
  • Pre-Determine if Personal Injury Matters fit the Pre-qualifiers 
  • Initiate Case Set-up 
  • Follow -up with Clients 
  • Schedule Consultations 
  • Sit-in on Legal Meetings 
  • Request Additional Information / Needed Documents 
  • Communicate with External Partners
