As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for engaging our students, teachers and parents, ensuring and maintaining a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment. The work you do is vitally important and makes a difference in the lives of children, families, and your team.

Responsibilities
- Manage local and state licensing regulations and ensure state compliance and record keeping.
- Serve as the primary Human Resources leader for the center, maintaining great morale and addressing staffing issues in a prompt and responsive manner.
- Ensure appropriate center staffing, new hire training and on-going staff development.
- Manage staff scheduling to meet compliance standards.
- Enforce school policies and procedures.
- Supervise and assist staff in enriching early childhood curriculum.
- Regularly monitor each classroom and provide ongoing feedback to teachers.
- Provide effective tours to potential families to drive enrollment.

- Partner with the Center Director to implement strong educational programming with excellent financial and people management skills to achieve business goals.

Qualifications:
- At least two years of early childhood education experience required, with an understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and the ability to ensure its use in the classroom
- At least one year of center supervisory experience.
- Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree highly preferred. High school diploma/GED required.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, verbal, listening, and communication skills required.
- CPR and First Aid Certification highly preferred.
- Must meet state specific guidelines for the role
