Employees will provide Intervention services for students in the classroom.
This position is full-time for 10 months of the school year with the option of summer camp.
Requirements for Paraprofessional:
- Experience working with Children with Special Needs is preferred
- Minimum of 1-year experience working with children
- Demonstrate knowledge of best practices in special education: understanding family systems, different diagnosis, intervention strategies, resources, assessments, etc.
- Demonstrate outstanding written and oral communications and interpersonal skills.
- Attendance to Professional Development Days set on school calendar
ALL Candidates MUST:
- Have BCI and FBI background check in ODE code (contact HR)
- Have a medical form completed
