Requirements and duties, not limited to:
-Full time availability
-Minimum High School Diploma
-Experience in childcare (willing to train the right person!)
-Must LOVE children and working with people
-Self-Starter (this role cannot be micromanaged, the right individual will be able to complete tasks and do the job with Excellence without being asked)
-Flexibility- as a admin you may be identifying gaps in curriculum one day and speaking with DSS and filing licensing paperwork another day. You must be able to multi task and be flexible with each day's priorities.
-Efficient Time Management is a MUST have skill
-Willing to travel multiple times throughout the year
-Cheerful phone skills
