**Job Description:**
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Daycare Curriculum Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist our teaching staff in developing and implementing engaging and educational lesson plans that cater to the needs of young learners. This role involves supporting classroom management, enhancing teaching methodologies, and ensuring functional and organized classroom environments. The Curriculum Specialist will also be responsible for training and mentoring new teachers, fostering their professional growth and ensuring they are well-equipped to meet our high standards of education and care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with teachers to develop creative and effective lesson plans.
- Assist in the implementation of lesson plans and ensure they meet our curriculum goals.
- Provide ongoing support to teachers for classroom management and organization.
- Conduct regular classroom observations to ensure educational practices are effective and engaging.
- Train and onboard new teachers, providing them with the tools and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Facilitate professional development workshops for staff on innovative teaching techniques and classroom strategies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of educational research and introduce new ideas for curriculum enhancement.
**Qualifications:**
- Min of CDA
- Proven Chilcare Experience
- Great classroom management
- Strong understanding of childhood development stages and educational needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with teachers, parents, and children.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to train and inspire teachers to achieve educational excellence.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
