Accounts Receivable

Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be responsible for managing certain financial transactions of our company as well as ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all accounts receivable activities. This is a full-time position with opportunities & benefits. The most highly considered individual will have Golf Club & Jonas Encore experience.

Responsibilities:

- Process and record customer payments in a timely manner

- Monitor and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accuracy

- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or billing issues

- Prepare and send invoices to customers

- Collaborate with accounts payable to ensure accurate financial records

- Assist with revenue cycle management, including tracking and reporting on outstanding payments

- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions

- Answer customer inquiries regarding billing and payment status with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette

Requirements:

- Proficiency in using accounting software

- Strong understanding of financial concepts, including debits, credits, and double-entry bookkeeping

- Previous experience in accounts receivable

- Knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus

- Familiarity with public accounting practices is beneficial

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
