We are looking to add a Housekeeping Supervisor to our team. Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for working alongside of the Executive Housekeeper and on all Housekeeping and Laundry Operations and for assuming leadership of the department on days that the Executive Housekeeper has off.

Ultimately, you will help ensure our daily housekeeping operations run smoothly and that guests are satisfied.

This is a full-time position that requires some weekend work. 

Responsibilities:

• This position is responsible for leading the housekeeping staff to continuous quality improvement; inspect rooms for assurance of the service and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Must respond to multiple task interruptions to provide service to internal and external customers.
• Must adhere to the company dress code.
• Supervise the operations of housekeeping and laundry areas to ensure the achievement of productivity and quality service standards.
• Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness standards and proper amenity and literature placement.
• Assure and input housekeeping information in opera cloud PMS system.
• Prepare training for Room and Laundry Attendants in all housekeeping procedures and standards.
• Ensure that Room Attendants have enough necessary supplies through supply and linen inventories.
• Prepare weekly schedule for housekeeping and laundry personnel following company labor guidelines. 
• Clean and service guest rooms as needed.
• Report room repairs or unsafe conditions to Manager and Maintenance
• Work and track projects daily to upgrade the quality of guest rooms.
• Respond to housekeeping requests from guests or management in a timely, efficient, and friendly manner.
• Report and track lost and found articles.
• Follow company policies and procedures (i.e., OSHA, BBP regulations and other state and local regulations)
• Apply all safety and security policies consistently.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Work experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role
• Hands-on experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
• Excellent organizational and team management skills
• Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
