Position Overview:
The Sous Chef position at The Legend Clubs is a pivotal role within our culinary team. Responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking a diverse array of dishes, the Sous Chef also contributes to menu creation, oversees kitchen operations, and assists in staff training and development.

Education and Training:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum five years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
Minimum two years of experience in a private country club setting.
Sanitation certificate within three (3) months of hire (Serve Safe).
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
