What are the responsibilities and job description for the Apartment Groundskeeper position at The Liberty Group #zrm?

Job Description:
· Pick up trash & debris from grounds
· Assist in trash-outs and general property clean up
· Power washing sidewalks, buildings, etc.
· Check smoke alarms & replace batteries as necessary
· Replace switch plates, light bulbs & air conditioning filters
· Familiar with painting (by roller and spray gun)
· Must be comfortable working in an outdoor environment
· Knowledge of pool chemicals a plus!
Must meet the following qualifications:
· Valid I.D. Required
· Have reliable transportation
· Willing to submit to a background check
· The ability to safely lift 50 pounds
This is also a great opportunity for those who have left the industry and looking to get back in. Hotel, Rehab, Condo, and Carpentry experience all a plus!
