We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in previous hotel front office roles. a genuine passion for the hospitality industry, and an entrepreneurial spirit.
It’s all about the guests for you. You understand that your department is a critical area in the hotel, and your leadership skills and natural ability to build relationships ensures that your team is at the top of their game. You assist the Front Office Manager with day to day operation of the front office, scheduling, reporting, inventory, and budgeting. You are strong in your communication with other departments, enabling smooth operations. You are an expert in service recovery so that when something goes wrong, you can easily turn it into a positive experience for our guests.
