What are the responsibilities and job description for the Gymnastics Coach position at The Little Gym?

Our Gymnastics Coaches will lead recreational gymnastics classes to children of various ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience coaching gymnastics or high-level achievement as a competitive gymnast.
- Knowledge and ability to grow skills and spot skills tumbling, on the bar, beam, and vault.

- Create a fun and positive learning environment, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children in class.
- Provide outstanding customer service and experience. We treat our members like family here and love to smile!
- Communicate effectively with parents about skill progression and class information.
- Assist with set-up and clean up of gym before and after class.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
