- Our parallel bars are high and so are our standards! You’ll be the one to oversee our program quality to ensure every class meets or exceeds the curriculum expectations put forth by The Little Gym International.
- Okay TEAM, let’s get in formation! You’ll be training & evaluating the team to keep everyone at the top of their game to help us maintain our bragging rights as #1 Children’s Fitness Franchise.

Job Description:
- Instruct Parent/Child Classes for children 4 months - 3 years old- Instruct Gymnastics, dance and sports classes for children ages 3 to 12 years old.
- Following daily operations in accordance with local franchise and corporate policies
- Direct staff training program
- Help training, evaluating and providing essential feedback to personnel
- Track franchise Business Indicators including enrollments, introductory visits and dropped students
- Help manage franchise supply requirements and inventory levels
- Direct multiple annual family events for over 400 families
- Direct staff and activities for summer and winter camp programs
- Maintaining the facility/equipment
