JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Title: T&C Mktg/Social Media Coordinator
Location: The Lodge at Blue Sky (Remote)

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Online Marketing and Website Content Management
- Managing website content related to T&C and recruiting by becoming the expert of ARC T&C related system management and thus managing the website and social media content and also working with the BSK Marketing Team.
- Work with T&C to build employment landing pages and special team member promotion pages to support recruiting campaigns and to reach specific demographic targets to attract talent and increase our recruiting presence.
- Coordinate with T&C and Marketing team to implement electronic marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the use of the ARC internal marketing channels to maximize campaign and message reach and impact (brand sites, email marketing, social media, special offer pages, etc.)
- Assist with the writing and proof-reading creative for all online T&C promotions and e-mails.
- Request tracking tags as needed, special recruiting promotions, etc.
- Organize rolling promotional recruiting plans and schedules.
- Gather, create, organize any T&C related creative collateral.
- Join calls and meetings as needed.
T&C/Marketing Communications
- Assist with the T&C & Marketing Team in the development of creative media, fliers, brochures, videos, and collateral.
- Assist T&C and Marketing team as needed.
- Assist the T&C and Marketing with the design, writing, editing, proofing and printing of creative collateral on as needed basis.
- Contribute to the preparation and completion of special recruiting campaigns and events.
- Assist with special projects and tasks as defined by the Director of Talent & Culture.
- Coordinate, organize, and produce photo and video shoots at the property as needed.
- Management and Sourcing of Key Vendors for Marketing Communication Needs (Social Media, Printers, Designers, Premiums, collateral, etc.)
- Organization of T&C Collateral both in Print and Electronically to be included in Recruiting and T&C related packets, website, etc.
Social Media Management
- Create and maintain comprehensive and clear identities through Social Media for the T&C aspect of The Lodge at Blue Sky.
- The Social Media Strategies will reinforce the desired attributes for the resort's staffing needs while offering more personal access to both established and potential team members. By creating greater and more direct access, we will in turn increase the company culture awareness and engagement throughout the online community.
- Social Media Voice for The Lodge at Blue Sky- Posts will be written from the first person, from the perspective of the Well Placed Insider. This Insider, while remaining anonymous, will be an informed source of the stories and events from both within the hotel and within the location. References will be made to departments from throughout the hotel (Chefs, Spa staff, etc.) While the relationship is more intimate, the language will still remain appropriate.
- T&C (Social Media) Coordinator will maintain the messaging for The Lodge at Blue Sky on all approval Social Media Platforms: Facebook, Twitter, Blog, Pinterest, Youtube, Instagram, Google Plus (will be maintained at a Corporate Level)
Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks
- Additional tasks as assigned Director of Talent & Culture
- Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond accurately to any inquiry.
- Assist with putting together presentations as needed
- Tracking of on-line marketing campaigns
- Additional tasks as assigned by Director of T&C and/or Director of Sales and Marketing
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- BS required, preferably in Business, Hospitality, Communications or Marketing
- Strong writing skills and ability to hone a tone-of-voice per platform.
- Understanding of Electronic Environment (Websites, Distribution Channels, Social Media)
- Graphic Design Experience using Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator
- Team player, with strong communication skills – written and verbal; fast learner.
- Organized, detail-oriented and deadline-sensitive
- Strong customer service orientation essential; Takes initiative, anticipates needs.
- Knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube, Flickr etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
Desirable
- Experience in hospitality industry preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of Google Applications (Gmail, Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc)

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Frequent or occasional need to perform the following physical activities: reaching, bending, pushing, pulling, twisting, lifting, and climbing. Have frequent need to perform standing and walking activities related to inspecting property.
- Constant need to perform the following physical activities: grasping, turning, finger
- dexterity.
- Occasional need to stand for long periods of time.
- Lifting/carrying up to 10 lbs. frequently and 25 lbs. occasionally.
- Vision requirements: constant need to view small print. Frequent need to see small details and things clearly beyond arms’ reach.
- Hearing requirements: constant need to speak on telephone and/or two-way radio, respond to general public and converse with staff. Ability to hear fire alarms and emergency equipment.
