Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be able to work consistent hours during week, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Provide a consistently exceptional experience for all guests.
• Offer guests knowledgeable and personalized service.
• Unparalleled accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to absorb and embody Relais & Chateaux as well as Forbes philosophies
• Well groomed, polite.
• Ability to read, write, communicate and comprehend verbal and written instructions in English.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in respect of our guests.
• Spend a frequent amount of time standing, walking, and carrying/lifting weight each shift.
• Previous serving experience is preferred.
