Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians
- Oversee and perform the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Coordinate and prioritize maintenance tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments to support production goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions
Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities to effectively manage a team
- Excellent project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in both high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
- Ability to snow plow and shovel
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and other departments
