Job Description:
1.Must be able to work a flexible schedule, to include weekends, holidays and split shifts.
2.Arrive to work on time, consistently.
3.Upon entering the property, arrive in proper uniform, crisp, clean and in good repair.
4.Hair must be clean and cut in a becoming style; management has final approval.
5.Attend all required training, safety courses; attend office and departmental meetings.
6.Report any safety hazards, follow up that hazard has been corrected, and assist with providing a safe work environment.
7.Learn and use all set sanitation and safety procedures.
8.Check overall presentation of dining room, to include music level, tables and chairs, floor.
9.Greet and seat all members and guests, with a smile and using their names.
10.When seating guests and members, pull chairs out for ladies and place a menu in front of each.
11.Distribute “covers” evenly among servers.
12.Periodically check dining room entrance and clean as necessary, to include ashtrays and trash on floor.
13.Check ambiance lighting and music levels.
14.Assist servers as much as possible, without leaving the door unattended for any length of time.
15.Perform any other jobs that will assist in quality member and guest service as assigned by Dining Room Manager and/or Director of Food Services.
