The Loft Rehabilitation and Nursing has seven skilled nursing facilities in Eureka, Normal, Canton, Peoria, East Peoria, and Decatur, Illinois. Job Description:
The role of the Nursing Home Assistant Administrator is to provide support as needed to the Administrator in the day-to-day operations of the facility.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Assist the Administrator in planning and developing the day-to-day functions of the facility.
- Assist department directors in developing and using department policies and procedures.
- Ensure all employees, residents, visitors, and the general public follow established policies and procedures.
- Recommend ideas for the overall organizational structure.
- Conduct facility inspections to ensure established policies and procedures are implemented.
- All other duties as directed.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator career goal.
- Experience in a long-term care facility.
- Knowledge of IDPH LTC survey guidelines.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous knowledge of PCC software

Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
