Team Member (Cashier, Customer Service, Kitchen Staff)

• Arrive on time for all shifts and stay until shift complete
• Greet and serve customers with a consistently positive and helpful attitude, including answering questions about the menu
• Input orders into a POS system and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register, calculating change accurately and quickly as required
• Handle customer’s concerns and complaints professionally and calmly to resolve problems
• Stock, restock, and maintain a clean and organized work area and a presentable store environment
• Correctly and safely operate kitchen equipment
• Maintain appropriate portion control by anticipating and reacting to customer volume and consistently monitor level of menu items
• Cleaning including trash disposal, mopping, sweeping, washing dishes, wiping counter-tops
• Maintain proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards
• Process large orders for events

Requirements

• Friendly and positive attitude
• Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all members and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
• Be able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
• Previous hospitality and/or food service experience, a plus
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation
